The Floating Festival debuted in Summer 2023 as a culinary cruise down the San Antonio River. Guests were invited to board one of three Go Rio river barges as they made their way down the iconic San Antonio River Walk, making several stops along the way to enjoy musical spectacles from several local artists. Throughout their river cruise, guests were also served delicious meals and refreshments from three local restaurants that partnered with URBAN-15 to produce this grand event.
