Once we receive this information we will check our availability, provide rate sheets, recommend a time to tour our studio, and produce an agreement contacts. Once the agreement is signed we can confirm your reservation and start preparing for your event.

Our Studio is Best Suited for the Following Types of Events:

Film Screenings

Our studio contains a 10 ft. x 18 ft. screen, HD projector, and Blu-ray player, and can comfortably seat up to 150 moviegoers.

Classes, rehearsals, or presentations

Our 1,500 square-foot bamboo dance floor is great for dance or fitness classes as well as educational or arts presentations—all of which may be supplemented with our film and stage equipment.

Performances

With an orchestral pit, numerous stage platforms, and a collection of LED, PAR, and Leko lights (complete with gels, diffusers, dimmers, and stands), our studio is perfect for staging a live band or performance.

Recording/Live Streaming

URBAN-15 staff can record your event with our TriCaster content publishing hub, a powerful system that can also broadcast live over the internet in real-time for audiences around the world. Our three-camera setup can showcase all of the visual elements of your event in large, lossless digital files while 16-track audio recordings are available for high-quality remixes.

TriCaster “Live Sets,” available for use with our20 ft. x 14 ft. green screen, provide clients with the ability to utilize numerous news, talk shows, and sports show-themed 3-D virtual sets. These “Live Sets” can also incorporate any client-provided images, logos, or video to further personalize your event.

Since 2003, URBAN-15 has based operations out of a three-building complex at 2500 S. Presa just south of downtown San Antonio. The facility includes a massive red brick structure (previously a church), a two-story dormitory, and a one-story structure with an enclosed garden.

Both the auditorium and basement of this former church have been converted into rehearsal spaces for our drum and dance ensembles and the dormitory now functions as our office space which includes a sewing room and numerous fabrication rooms for constructing our dazzling costumes!

This sizable campus is being transformed into URBAN-15’s Center for Celebration Arts. When completed, we expect to boast a 200-seat auditorium, multiple rehearsal and classroom spaces, and several offices!
