Make your event unforgettable by hiring URBAN-15’s Carnaval de San Anto!

To book us, please call us at 210-736-1500 or email us at events@urban15.org and provide the following information:

• Your name, company, contact number, and contact email
• Stage Manager’s name, contact number, and contact email (if different from primary contact)
• Event Name and Type (conference, party, festival, etc)
• Event Date, Time, and Address
• Expected Attendance
• Desired Length of Performance (up to 45 minutes)
• Desired Type of Performance

We can offer three types of performances:

Parades: Perfect for conventions, conferences, and large-scale parties and events, URBAN-15 CDSA Dancers and Drummers will march throughout the venue, moving around the room and tables, dancing and drumming and getting lots of audience interaction along the way. The performance can end with us marching out or having a final performance in front on the dance floor.

Stage Shows: Perfect for cultural festivals and concerts, URBAN-15 CDSA Dancers and Drummers will take to your stage and create a show customized for your event. The stage repertoire includes exclusive pieces not found in a marching performance, and will include audience interaction at the end.

Small Ensemble: The Carnaval de San Anto Drummers will bring the URBAN-15’s trademark rhythms to your event and will march through the crowd or perform on stage.

Once we’ve received this information we will:

• Check our availability
• Send you a rates sheet for your desired performance
• Draft an agreement contract

If you accept the the rates and agreement contract, then we will confirm your reservation! At this point we’ll ask for stage specifications or images, set up a site visit for a walk through, and begin rehearsals, costuming, and organizing for your unique performance!
