In 2018, 2,040 films were submitted to URBAN-15’s 12th annual Josiah Media Festival. 254 of these were eligible for judging by a panel of filmmakers and film critics, and out of these 254 films–hailing from 38 countries–the following 12 films rose to the top in their genre categories.
