The Urban-15 Group is proud to announce that our first ever recipient of The Gregg Barrios “Precious Words” prize is the world-renowned poet, author, and Tejana; Amalia Ortiz!

Congratulations to all 18 poets for sharing their gift with the world and to everyone who voted. Amalia will be honored at a special awards ceremony which will take place online on May 15th & 16th beginning at 7pm on both nights!
