In 2019, over 2,200 films were submitted to URBAN-15’s 13th annual Josiah Media Festival. 128 of these were eligible for judging by a panel of filmmakers and film critics, and out of these 128 films–hailing from 30 countries–the following 12 rose to the top in their genre categories.
